Reporting to the IT Controller, the IT Technician will be in charge of implementing the signaturePAD to the different agents who works with Ria, in Spain.
We are looking for this IT Technician for a 2/3 months project.
This role will include the performance of the following tasks:
– Implementation (remotly) of the signaturePAD to the different agents
– Installation and/or update of the Agent´s O.S
– Installation of Drivers and electrical devices
– Training to the Agents
The ideal candidate should have the following personal skills:
– Communication skills
– Negotiation skills
– Problem solving
– Organized and multitasks
And technical skills:
– IT education
– Knowledge in O.S: 7, 8 and 10
– Fluent in Spanish. Other language (English) is a plus.
