Descripción: We are a company dedicated to redistribute and carry out the technical analysis of information and data on financial markets as well as to give trading solutions in international markets. We are based in Madrid, London, Paris and Chicago.
Currently, we are growing and we would like to incorporate a new Manager for the support area. Your tagline in this position would be to Coordinate a local team to exceed SLA agreements and customer expectations.
So, the main duties of this position are the following:
· Ownership and leadership of Support team in adverse situations
· Provide support both to customers and to other colleagues.
· New projects´ analysis before going live.
· Management and coordination of Support team in the daily tasks of the team: Incident, tasks, operations and risks prioritization, management and escalation.
· SLA compliance and client satisfaction enforcement.
· Coordination and supervision of a multidisciplinary local team.
· Ensuring everything is documented (Documentation, report elaboration and internal training)
· Centralization of data vendor relationship (including off-shore data team).
The successful candidate should have the following:
– Experience: At least 8 years of experience, 3 of them in a similar position. Financial industry experience. Knowledge about market data, bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange, futures, news, options, stocks, etc
– Technical skills: Linux, Apache https, JBoss, Nagios, Cacti, Nginx, Java, PHP, MySQL, Jenkins, Git, Qpid.
Atlassian suite knowledge: Confluence, Jira, Stash.
DevOps methodology, Dockers, Graylog, Jenkins, RunDeck.
ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity).
– Availability on call and periodic traveling. Coordination and follow-up of interventions and releases at night or weekends (with stock market closed). High availability, not only for working days but also for bank holidays and weekend.
